Theatre Scotland is a review site specialising in covering theatre made in and visiting Scotland. Our mission since being established in 2019 has been giving fair criticism from the scope of critics who have experience creating and performing.

Our team comprises of people of various backgrounds, including artists who are either still active or have previously worked within the Scottish theatre industry. With their love of theatre and unique experiences, they have a level of understanding which helps not only resonate with the performers and creatives, but also the audiences who watch the shows we cover.

We continue to adapt with the moving times, aiming to be a supportive and collaborative platform. We actively want to be a positive force within the Scottish theatre industry. While being open to supporting the arts community, we also campaign for equality, diversity and for people’s voices to be heard.
