Clackmannan Development Trust

This service is designed to assist residents of Clackmannan, Kennet & Forestmill to stay as independent and connected as possible by helping people get to their appointments; meetings; gatherings; and/or collecting shopping, all within a 10-mile radius of Clackmannan and the Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
They need a minimum of eight (8) volunteer drivers who have: their own car; a clean driving licence; valid MOT; and would be willing to take business insurance; and have a PGV check carried out (cost of which will be met by the group).
They pay mileage at 0.65p per mile.
Experience required
Applicants must be:
- Friendly
- Reliable
- Have a car with valid MOT, road tax and insurance.
- A valid driving licence.
Travel expenses
Expenses paid monthly.
Support
Training details
Volunteers will be given a full induction including a taster session and training from Wellbeing Scotland.

18+ and have a driving licence.

Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
