Smalls for All® is a West Lothian based charity that collects underwear for people in Africa and the UK who can’t afford or can’t get any, because dignity matters.
Sometimes, we receive donations specifically for selling to help raise funds. We also receive items we don’t collect or that aren’t suitable to pass on to the people we help. By selling these items in our online shops we can limit what we have to send to landfill and also contribute to our running costs enabling the charity to continue with its vital work.
We’re looking for someone to join our ecommerce team of volunteers to prepare donated items that we’re hoping to sell in our online shop.

What you’ll be doing
• Working with the current team of volunteers to select the right items to sell via our online platforms
• Researching items online so that we can get the best price for them
• Getting items looking their best, for example steaming out creases
• Photographing and writing accurate and appealing listing descriptions
• Packing and posting out items so that they reach their new owners in excellent condition

Our opening times are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10am – 2pm. We are looking for someone to cover either a Monday or Thursday but to start with, whilst training, we'd look for you to be there 10am - 2pm on a Tuesday.

Experience required

• Commitment to working as part of a team
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week
• Be reliable
• Can do attitude
• Have an eye for detail – ensuring listings and size measurements are spot on so that our customers know exactly what they’re buying
• Some experience using eBay and Vinted
• Be able to take photographs and write listings so our items really stand out amongst the competition
