Working across South Ayrshire, Three Sixty (formerly Ayr Action for Mental Health) helps people turn their lives around to get back to a place of health and happiness. We have been promoting mental wellbeing throughout South Ayrshire, with a focus on recovery and empowerment, since 1987. Three Sixty deliver activity-based supports to individuals aged 16 and over who are affected by mental ill health, including their families and carers when appropriate. The charity implements this by putting coaching, community and connection at the heart of mental health support and recovery. We aim to help those suffering from mental health issues to come full circle.
