REACH was established to bridge the gap in post diagnostic services across Lanarkshire, toprovide support to families who have a young person with an Autism Spectrum Condition. Weprovide a service to families and individuals in need of our support to lead empowered andinclusive lives. REACH provides emotional and practical support and guidance to individuals andfamilies living with an ASD and raises awareness of the condition in the home and in the local andwider community.
