Impact Arts (Projects) Ltd is a community arts organisation limited by guarantee with charitable status, established in November 2001. Building on the excellent work developed since 1994 by its sister trading company Impact Arts Glasgow Ltd. it has the following aims:·To use the arts to make a positive, lasting difference to people's lives.·To develop and deliver excellent arts projects tailored to clients' needs.·To contribute to the social and economic regeneration of the areas in which we work.·To create quality employment opportunities for artists across all art forms.·To combine social responsibility with sound and ethical business practice.
A key focus of the work that we do is improving employability through the arts, using the arts as a tool to increase skills, aspirations, confidence within individuals leading to improved quality of life and access to opportunities.
