Orkney Blide Trust provides support to people aged 16 years or over who have or have had mental health problems. We offer a non-judgmental place to come to and have trained staff to give practical and emotional support. We encourage folk to get the appropriate help needed from other relevant organisations in a friendly, warm and safe environment.
