Our primary goal is to provide an educational support to the bilingual children residing in Tayside and Fife. We also provide classes of Russian to adults and would like to provide classes of English to the Russian speaking parents and all new migrants from the USSR willing to improve their language skills. We are not a proper language centre, rather a local charity, helping children and grown-ups to have a better start in life.
