CVS aims to support local people to influence change in their local communities. This includes through supporting community groups, voluntary organisations and social enterprises to operate effectively and to engage strategically with public sector partners.

CVS delivers three main projects:

--- R3SOLVE supports third sector organisations (community groups, voluntary organisations & social enterprises) to deliver great services by offering targeted interventions around governance, planning, management, income generation, staffing and resource management.

--- Inverclyde Third Sector Forum (I3SF) offers networking opportunities for third sector organisations to develop partnerships, represent the views of the third sector and ensure the best outcome for local communities.

--- EAGER for Change works in Greenock Central and East to enable people and communities to better shape their environment and the services they receive through empowering them to influence, co-produce and deliver change.
