Shopmobility exists to provide equality of opportunity for all members of the public with limited mobility, who may wish to make use of shopping and other facilities available in Elgin town centre and throughout Moray. The aim of Shopmobility is to provide free use of manual wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, scooters and other mobility aids for members of the public. Volunteers are trained in first aid, manual handling, disability awareness, wheelchair etiquette and accompanying hearing and sight impared individuals.
