Seal promotes promotes health and wellbeing by ensuring that children and young people feel included and are supported to deal with life’s challenges. This is achieved through fun, activity-based group work aimed at building character strengths to help individuals develop resilience, confidence and self esteem. Groups meet during week day evenings and members take part in structured outcome-based activities delivered within Seal House and in the local community.
