Fife Sports & Leisure Trust (FSLT) operate and manage sport & leisure facilities on behalf of Fife Council. FSLT has a dedicated Health & Physical Activity Team who work with a range of health professionals to promote the mental and physical benefits of an active lifestyle. Our Active Option 2, Cardiac Rehabilitation & Move More programmes target improvements in long term conditions as well as encourage more active lifestyles as a preventative approach to reducing the prevelance of health risks broughty about by physical inactivity.
