To prevent or relieve poverty and improve the conditions of life of people who are marginalized, facing food insecurity, vulnerable or homeless in Clackmannanshire. We do this by undertaking and supporting projects which offer practical help for positive change.

Our projects include:

• A Foodbank at our Ludgate premises, accessible by a referral from a partner organisation• Community Larders offering food items without a referral, held in our Ludgate premises, Bowmar Community Centre, Clackmannan and Tullibody• The Soup Pot, offering free meals at our Ludgate premises twice a week in winter and once a week in summer• Provision of food for Breakfast and After School clubs• The School Uniform Club, based in our Mill Street shop, offering free pre-loved uniforms for pupils at local schools• Café Xtra, offering food delivery with a welfare check to older people• The Fakeaway Van, a mobile food van serving free hot food across the county• Support with resilience building - providing household necessities, help with IT, form filling, transport, cooking skills and more• A Community Café, offering reasonably price food and social connection for people in our community• Community events including a fortnightly Bingo Breakfast, weekly Men's Club and monthly Book Club, as well as ad-hoc events including Lunch Bunch (a social lunch for over-55s), family events, games nights, fashion shows and much more - check out our Facebook to find what's on!

We have a charity shop situated in Mill Street, Alloa, which supports our work and offers bargains on preloved fashion, homeware, media and more.

We offer reasonably-priced room hire and outside catering, and we host workshops for other organisations at our Ludgate premises, including Skills Development Scotland, Christians Against Poverty, and a Recovery Café.
