Wellbeing Scotland are a community-based organisation who provide confidential support to individuals and families whose adverse life circumstances have impacted on their wellbeing. We work with people of all ages and have specialist school-based services. We provide specialist services to people with mild to moderate mental health issues and survivors of trauma. We offer counselling, advocacy, informal support, befriending and groups. We offer a comprehensive free training programme each year and can offer training to organisations on request to meet their needs. Our services are available primarily in the Forth Valley area, but some aspects of our service are available throughout Scotland.
