Walk-ER - East Renfrewshire Health & Social Care Partnership

The Project is a Partnership between Paths For All (Scottish Charity promoting walking for All), NHS Scotland and East Renfrewshire Council. Project is based at Eastwood HQ. Projects main aim is to promote, support and encourage Older Adults within East Renfrewshire Council to become fitter and more involved by taking part in walking. Project will also develop and support a volunteer walk leaders to support a walking programme.

The project is funded for 2 years from August 2013.
