BRAVEHOUND’S mission is to help heal the invisible wounds of military veterans with our specially trained assistance dogs.
BRAVEHOUND provides assistance dogs to veterans who have a clinical diagnosis of a mental health condition such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression and anxiety.
BRAVEHOUND is committed to the long term welfare of each BRAVEHOUND dog and the veteran they have been partnered with over the dog’s lifetime.
We know that a dog can provide companionship, promote taking exercise and give a purpose and structure to each day.
Our dogs have been a valuable asset for veterans and their families. They help to facilitate daily life, giving veterans confidence and provide the assistance that the veteran needs.
Our expert dog trainers provide bespoke support for our BRAVEHOUND dogs and their veterans. Our training methods adhere to principles of positive training to make learning as rewarding and successful as possible, for both people and dogs.
BRAVEHOUND dogs are life changing and lifesaving.
