Strathcarron Hospice provides specialist palliative care in patient and community services to the people of Forth Valley and North Lanarkshire.Strathcarron Compassionate Communities team run a number of projects across the area which support people and neighbourhoods to create a community where people with long term or life threatening conditions can live well, right up to the end.Strathcarron Compassionate Neighbours are volunteers from our local communities who are trained and supported to offer a listening ear and community connection to people experiencing loneliness and isolation as a result of illness, caring or bereavement.

Volunteers will be sorting donations as they come into the shop as well as arrange new window displays to bring customers into the shop. Volunteers also serve customers and offer assistance if needed...
