Drum EK is a community drumming group for adults who feel that they suffer from mental health and wellbeing issues. Based in East Kilbride, with the purpose of helping to reduce social isolation and loneliness, the group is self-governing and meets weekly for 2 hours of music, percussion & singing. Their fun sessions encourage connection, support and the exploration of member’s creativity in a safe, nurturing environment.
