Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK) is the only charity in the UK that provides vital support to the more than 60 types of muscle-wasting conditions. With 110,000 children and adults affected by this life-limiting condition, it is essential to raise awareness with fundraising groups being a key representative in the community.
Are you passionate Gardening or have horticultural knowledge? In this role of Community Gardens Ambassador, you'll play a key part in helping to find gardens to open in your local area. You will be a key ambassador for the charity and a link to the gardens.
Relevant guidance and excellent support is provided to all volunteers. Includes volunteer induction, relevant training to give confidence in presenting on behalf of Muscular Dystrophy UK.

Volunteers can claim back pre-agreed reasonable expenses per the MDUK expenses policy.

Volunteers (aged 12-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
