Customer Service Assistant

Help make today matter by supporting the Ayrshire Hospice as a Customer Service Assistant in our Hospice shops.

Then we have a new exciting opportunity for you. Volunteering is always in style!

Volunteers play a huge part in the running of our stores and our retail chain could not function without the support they provide. We have various volunteer opportunities in our stores in our locations throughout Ayrshire. As a customer service assistant, you will be enhancing every customers experience. You will be welcoming and on hand to assist as well as manning the tills.

Experience required

Ayrshire Hospice welcomes applications from all sections of the community. You do not need to have any experience to volunteer in this role but ideally you should be able to demonstrate:  An interest in or experience of working in retail/or with the general public  Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good customer service and communication skills Responsible and reliable Friendly and approachable manner This is an ideal opportunity for anyone considering a career in retail.
