Murton Trust is a registered charity and Murton Farm, Tea Room and Nature Reserve is also a popular visitor attraction based 2 miles outside of Forfar, Angus and our volunteer programme is for anyone aged 14 and over. We have many young volunteers who help at weekends and in the holidays when they can.
Are you 14-18yrs with a few hours to spare? Would you like to get involved in helping Murton Trust?
As a youth volunteer with us you can gain experience in visitor management, general estate maintenance and animal handling husbandry. If interested or want to find out more please get in touch.
Travel details
Public transport is available 6 days a week with the exception of Sunday, three times a day with buses arriving at Murton : 10am, 1pm and 4pm.
Travel expenses
All volunteers are provided with a Murton t-shirt and are supplied with lunch from the cafe

Volunteers (aged 14-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
