Volunteering details

Our event takes place from Friday 22 August 2025 to Sunday 24th August 2025

We have a variety of roles for people. These include supporting our park and ride facility, welcoming visitors to our event, supporting our team with entertainment arrangements or selling our fundraising raffles and merchandise. We will have specific information about each role and will make sure each volunteer knows exactly what they are doing and our expectations before the event takes place.

, the dates are Friday 22nd August 6pm until 9pm. Saturday 23rd August with volunteer opportunities between 8:30am and 10pm. Then Sunday 24th August with volunteer opportunities between 8:30am and 7:30pm.
We would ensure volunteers are given proper breaks and anyone helping for more than 4 hours will be given food vouchers.

Travel details

The opportunity takes place at multiple location across South Lanarkshire
Across South Lanarkshire,Strathaven

Travel expenses

Food will be provided for those volunteering over 4 hours.
Must cover own travel costs.
