Grangemouth Old People's Welfare
- VO96578
We are a small charity based in Talbot House, Grangemouth who run lunch clubs every Tuesday and Thursday for our local community elderly. Our premises are also used by various other local community groups.
We currently have a volunteer position for someone to carry out DIY type small repairs and maintenance to our premises both inside and out, such as painting, weeding, basic plumbing, garden tidying, litter picking etc
Hours and days are flexible to suit the individual, would perhaps suit someone retired but looking for something to do.
Talbot House closes for 2 weeks during the summer, and also over the festive period.
We are located very close to the town centre main bus stops, so suitable for using public transport near Grangemouth.
