Perinatal Mental Health Borders
- VO41295
At PMH Borders we are looking for volunteers to join our team in the creche. Our creche has a homely feel and is safe, clean and welcoming. Our aim is for parents to feel confident in leaving their children in our care. The service is confidential, and we have children from birth to 5yrs. Creche sessions can be indoors with lots of toys, books and music to entertain. Or, if the weather is nice, we can with parents’ permission, go out for a walk in the nearby park or adjoined garden.
Based in Galashiels, we are open Wednesdays and Thursdays. We have morning and afternoon sessions running from 9-1pm and 2-4.30pm each day. Ideally, we like to keep continuity for the parents and children in the creche, supporting them with the same creche workers throughout their time in the creche.
