The Royal Voluntary Service helps a diversity of older people to come together at our Social Centres throughout the Scottish Borders. Socialise at a warm friendly place and give something back to those who need it.

Experience required

Good communication skills; Reliable; Understanding of confidentiality; Patient and caring; A genuine interest in helping older people; Good organisational skills; Personal, professional, positive, practical.

Travel details

Hawick, Scottish Borders

Travel expenses

All out of pocket expenses and paid to the volunteers and 40p per mile for any driving journeys incurred both to and from the centre and taking clients to and from the centre.
