Volunteering opportunity will teach volunteers to deal with costumers. Everyday tasks will include stock circulation that includes pricing, ironing stocking in the shelfs for storage. On the shop floor maintain cleanliness and tidiness. Window design changing every week, that will help to develop self esteem and develop artistic skills which is always needed in working in retail. Working with till ,organising books ,assist customers to the changing rooms, give costumers advise.

Travel expenses

Travel expenses available for volunteers who do a full day shift. We pay public transport rates only.

Training details

First day we will do a working interview, the volunteer explained what is the cause of the charity, health and safety, meeting people who are responsible for first aid and fire safety, handed out volunteer forms and grievance procedures.

Restrictions

Minimum age: 16

Volunteers (aged 16-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
