Are you calm, collected and happy to chat on the phone? We’re always looking for friendly, confident and helpful people to join our team and become the voice of your local shop. You will be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with any enquiries and arranging collections for donations.

A pleasant and confident telephone manner, good with admin tasks.

Bus fares will be paid on the day so they can attend and return home from their volunteering role.
