Share volunteering information at events/fairs/talks
Distribution of leaflets, posters, application packs in agreed areas/venues across Lothian
Signpost to the VST if contacts requested or questions asked
Keep a record of where information has been distributed and who has been approached
Return surplus materials to NHS Lothian Voluntary Services Team
And/or
Designing of new posters and other promotional material for approval by VST
Use local knowledge and research to collate contact details and mailing lists for VST to share promotional material
Share volunteering information at events/fairs/talks

Experience required

· Knowledge of their local area/venues
· Friendly, confident and approachable manner
· Represent NHS Lothian in line with our values
