Role Summary:
Become proficient in the general servicing of all types of bicycles.
Role Description :
Diagnose problems with bikes and take the required action to correct. Help less able students to carry out tasks. Help with dismantling bikes and identify useful parts to build a stock of spares. Work as a team member and develop good relationships with peers.
Experience required
No special skills required simply a desire to carry out good work.
Travel details
The work will take place at our unit in Carnarvon Street, Hawick, Scottish Borders.

Training details
All volunteers undergo health & safety induction.

Min Hours Required: We would prefer a minimum shift of 3 hours. Min Hours Required: We would prefer a minimum shift of 3 hours.
Volunteers (aged 15-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
