Girvan Town Ambassador Volunteer Opportunity

Last year we ran a very successful pilot scheme which saw 6 local volunteers sign up as Girvan Town Ambassadors
From welcoming hundreds of visitors from all over the world to attending events and working on a variety of initiatives to improve the town, it is fair to say it was a resounding success

Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback from visitors, locals, businesses and the Ambassadors themselves, we are not only going to bring the scheme back next year, we also plan to expand it

We would love to add more volunteer Ambassadors to the team so we can welcome even more visitors in 2024.

If you have a passion for Girvan, love chatting to people, and enjoy getting out and about, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities, hours are flexible
