To assist in the smooth running of the ECHC hospital shop by supporting with deliveries. Tasks will include:
Moving deliveries from service yard to storeroom.
Bringing stock from storeroom to shop.
Replenishing stock in the shop.
Helping to storage keep areas tidy.
Travel details
This role is based at the Royal Hospital for Children & Young People, Little France, Edinburgh which is well served by multiple buses.
Travel expenses
Volunteer to complete an expenses form which is signed off by role manager and forwarded to accounts team. Paid directly to volunteer in next payment run. Volunteers wishing to claim mileage must also complete annual driver declaration.
Support
Training details
Online Induction to be completed followed by in role training. Regular check ins with role manager and annual (minimum) check in with volunteer team.
