Volunteers work as part of a team picking litter in and near Milngavie Town Centre, sometimes working with other voluntary groups. It is an excellent opportunity to contribute to making Milngavie a more pleasant place to live, work and visit as well as making new friends and enjoying being out of doors. Groups meet approx. twice a month with volunteers invited to give what time suits them.
Travel details
Volunteers meet in the centre of Milngavie or within easy walking distance of the centre.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 16
Volunteers (aged 16-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
