Retail Driver

CHAS cares for children throughout Scotland and are there for the whole family. Whether at home, in hospital, or visiting the hospices, they give families the care and support they need, when they need it.

CHAS runs a number of charity shops across Scotland, selling donated stock as well as new goods to raise the vital funds required to care for children and their families. You will be volunteering within the retail team, supporting with the transportation of donated goods across four shops and their local auction.

You will work with a small team to drive a CHAS van and assist with the moving and handling of stock. If you enjoy meeting new people while having a laugh with a great team, this opportunity is for you!

Experience required

It would be great if you have good communication and customer service skills. It is important that you work well in a team and you share the same values with the organisation: respect, care honesty and accountability. A basic disclosure is also required for this role, costs of this are covered by CHAS.

Travel details

CHAS has a van that is available for you to drive. This is parked at Rachel House, our hospice in Kinross. You will then drive our van around our four shops (two in Kinross and two in Dunfermline) and to the local auction.
