Methilhill Community Children's Initiative is a community led group dedicated to providing local pre-school children and Primary 1-7 young people with opportunities to play, learn and grow.

Based within the Methilhill Community Learning Garden, they operate a Monday to Friday programme of activities including garden-based activities, local youth clubs and outreach sessions to schools and organisations.

They have been running for 10 years, and were founded by local parents and community members who wanted to provide local children with community based experiences. Community spirit together with meaningful learning is at the heart of everything they do.
