IT Support.

We are a sports small charity based in the West End of Glasgow. We have an office in G13 and we use home offices too.

Primarily we are looking for someone with experience of using Microsoft 365, and knowledge of how to share 'One Drive' to two PCs and 2 laptops, to support the charity in processing applications.

In addition we have lots of other software for things like Virus protection, ACT database and Adobe etc.
We are not IT savvy but recognise that we need a better set up to aid efficiency and also protect data.

Anyone helping would need to help us understand what we are doing.

If you are interested, please click the ‘Apply’ button below (available when logged in and registered). You will then be contacted by the coordinator by email or phone call. If you have not heard back after 5 working days, the first step is to contact Carly at carly@myacademicfamily.org.uk. You could also check your junk/spam folder on your emails just in case the response is there. If that doesn’t work, please contact Volunteer Glasgow at info@volunteerglasgow.org.

Experience required

Understanding software and apps. Microsoft is what we use so an understanding of 365 is essential.
