Cohousing Scotland

We are on a mission to shine a spotlight on cohousing. Cohousing Scotland is a charity supporting innovative, community-led housing solutions - housing that is run by the residents themselves. The idea is nothing new in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands. We want to see it flourish and grow across Scotland. Sharing a life with others saves money, prevents loneliness and it's more sustainable. If the idea appeals to you, we are looking for social media volunteers.
Experience required
We are looking for creatives who would enjoy being involved in spreading the news about cohousing to support its growth across Scotland. We would welcome those with experience of Canva or other design programmes.
Support
Training details
An introduction to the charity will be given and support will be available from trustees and from the Comms team of volunteers who meet regularly.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 18
Frequency & commitment
Frequency and time commitment are negotiable to fit your time and circumstances.
Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
