Baby Steps 20+ are a small charity shop based in Falkirk. We employ adults with disabilities and provide upcycled baby and children's equipment at affordable prices, with a small carbon footprint.

We are currently recruiting Trustees to join our Board of Trustees. We are seeking team players who have a strategic vision, independent judgement, a willingness to give time and commitment to help support and develop the organisation. We are particularly interested in hearing from people with knowledge and experience in: Fundraising; Grant Writing; Digital Marketing, Communications and E-Commerce; Business/Accounting; Retail/Merchandising; Third Sector Organisations.

Applicants will have the experience and skills to ensure that the charity continues to develop and provide high-quality long-term services. As a Trustee, you will be required to ensure the good governance of the organisation, which will involve attending monthly (online) board meetings and our AGM, and participation in relevant projects. You will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction and governance of the organisation. Your insight, expertise and decision-making will directly influence the overall impact and effectiveness of our work.
In return, you will have the chance to develop your skills in leadership and governance, strategic thinking, financial management and decision making. You will also be joining a passionate and friendly team!
