Trade for Trade: A unique opportunity to benefit from free office space in the centre of Peebles. Desk, WiFi, meeting spaces, printing facilities to support your own community interests/charities in the centre of Peebles in return for offering a welcoming greeting to our users.

As a busy 7 day per week community centre run by volunteers we are seeking a team of new dedicated volunteers to meet/greet/signpost our centre users on a daily basis. Our aim is to ensure Peebles Drill Hall is at the heart of the community providing a welcoming space to anyone and everyone who crosses our threshold.
Accept deliveries, provide email address and booking forms to people making enquiries, signpost to other services. Smile and welcome everyone as they walk through the door.

Experience required

We need someone who can work on their own, has initiative and confidence to signpost and answer queries as they come up. You need to be a happy, patient person who is willing to work with a number of people.

Further opportunities to assist with administration/marketing is available however not essential.
