We are looking for enthusiastic Event Coordinators to help plan and execute community events. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing volunteer teams, and liaising with partners to ensure successful events.

Responsibilities:

Plan and organize community events such as meet and greets, cultural festivals, and workshops.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup and teardown.
Manage volunteer teams and delegate tasks effectively.
Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

Experience required

Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
