Leisure and Culture Dundee

Across schools in Dundee, Active Schools provide extra-curricular activities for children in primary and secondary schools. Focusing on sports and physical activity this can be children’s first experience of sports.
With a focus on getting the inactive active, we are keen to provide children with an additional support need more opportunities for being physically active. With support from our staff we are looking for keen coaches to deliver sessions that include ASN children. This can be sport specific or even just fun games, we aim to give children opportunities they wouldn’t
normal get access to.
Experience required
Previous experience of coaching/leading sports sessions is desirable but not essential.
Having previous experience coaching or in a sporting environment would definitely help the candidates but not
essential.
Simply willing to learn and help others is all that matters.
