Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland
- VO100979
Join an incredible team of volunteer supporters with Cruse Scotland’s Children and Young People Bereavement Service.
Cruse Scotland are looking to train more supporters in the local area to meet the increasing demand on their vital service. Will you help to offer support - and give hope - to families who are struggling with the death of someone close?
Did you know that you don't need to be a counsellor to apply for this? The course is open to those who have experience of working with children and young people, and/or interested in furthering skills in working with bereaved children and young people.
The overall aim of this course is to provide trainees with a supportive context in which they can develop those theoretical, conceptual, and practical skills and insights, which will enable them to become highly competent supporters of bereaved children and young people and their families/carers.
