Charity Shop Volunteer Assistance

PDSA is the vet charity for pets in need, working to keep people and pets together.

Volunteering your time is one of the best ways you can contribute to our life-saving work.

Every year, we treat over 430,000 pets across our 49 Pet Hospitals. Without the support of 2,800 volunteers who kindly donate their time to PDSA, we simply wouldn’t be able to do this.

No matter your skills, background, experience, or the amount of time you can volunteer, we have a volunteering role that is perfect for you. Whether you’re looking for long or short-term opportunities, volunteering is a fantastic way to learn new skills, meet like-minded people, get involved with your local community and support our fantastic cause!

We currently are recruiting volunteers for our wonderful Charity Shop, 195-197 Union Street. This is a great opportunity where you can help support our vital work and:

• gain retail experience, learn new skills and develop your CV
• meet people from all walks of life, make new friends and become part of a fantastic team
• make a difference and do your bit to support a great cause
• receive full training and we’ll reimburse your travel expenses so you’re not out of pocket
• you can devote as much or as little of your spare time!

For more information please contact: Paul Smith, Manager at email: smith.paul@pdsa.org.uk
