General Fundraising Volunteers for Guide Dogs in the Paisley area

Lend a hand. Take a lead. Change lives.
Guide Dogs need more volunteers who can support local fundraising events in the Paisley area.

As well as making a huge difference to people’s lives, volunteering with your local Guide Dogs fundraising group is a great way to spend some of your free time, sharing your unique skills, experience, perspective and personality.

You will be helping fund amazing life-changing services for people with sight loss.
In this flexible role, you can get involved as much or as little as works for you. You can even come along and try a taster session first with no obligation.
You could help by:

  1. Getting stuck in and supporting anything from quiz nights to coffee mornings, to collections or sponsored walks.

  2. Using your communication skills to chat and tell people about Guide Dogs and why we need their support.

  3. Using your imagination and creativity to come up with new fundraising ideas.

  4. Helping spread the word about events on social media and in your local community.

If this is not for you please help us spread the word about volunteering with Guide Dogs and tell your friends, family and colleagues about this opportunity.

If you are interested please click the ‘Apply’ button below (available when logged in and registered). You will then be contacted by the coordinator by email or phone call. If you have not heard back after 5 working days, the first step is to contact the organisation with the contact details provided. You could also check your junk/spam folder on your emails just in case the response is there. If that doesn’t work out then please feel free to contact Volunteer Glasgow on info@volunteerglasgow.org.
