A number new opportunities have opened up to join our volunteer generalist adviser team to help support members of our community in dealing with their day to day enquiries.

Haddington Citizens Advice has been a fixture in East Lothian since 1979 and it's volunteers are its focal point.

As a generalist adviser you have the opportunity to direct those living in your community to the way out of their pressing concerns.

Whether it’s helping someone understand their rights, tackle debt, access benefits, or resolve housing issues — your time and empathy can change lives.
