This lovely class runs on Wednesday afternoons from 1.30pm at Forres Town Hall. Volunteers will join in with the class, meet and greet, help with making the tea, setting up and clearing up. No specialist knowledge needed, just a friendly outgoing nature and an interest in people and movement.
