The role will involve collecting, sorting and collating various donated art supplies which are then distributed to charity organisations and local community groups .Keeping an up to date
stock list of the art supplies and a record of the various groups that these have been given to. Following up with the organisations and managing any of their needs and possible requirements. Reaching out to various companies for future donations would also be a great help .
