Three Sixty

We are a mental health charity supporting the community within South Ayrshire. You do not need any formal diagnosis to receive support from ourselves and anyone can self refer. Support is available as a 1 to 1 support, group support, social.
We host several different groups to reduce social isolation and improve mental health and wellbeing. We would be seeking volunteers to assist with hosting the various groups, initially in Ayr and then extending across South Ayrshire. We are also currently seeking volunteers to join our Board of Trustees.
Main duties: to facilitate groups within The Place. Groups include – public living room, arts and crafts, maws paws & weans, Menopause café, mens group
Skills & experience required: Ability to chat with people from a wide range of societal backgrounds, ability to encourage and support people to participate in the group, ability to devise a timetable of activities for the group would be very beneficial. Previous experience of working with groups would be desirable however support would be given on initial sign up.
All groups currently based at The Place, 56 Newmarket St, Ayr – travel to there would be required
