Can you help parents/carers improve their lives with their families by spending some time with them each week?
A Parent/Carer Mentor is someone who makes a commitment to a Parent or Carer, spending 2-3 hours a week with them. This time is spent building relationships through activities that promote wellbeing and help the Parent/Carer work towards their identified goals. This may include attending our wellbeing walking group, being a listening ear over a coffee, attending a parenting skills workshop or taking part in a fun activity alongside the Parent/Carer.
If you are interested, please get in touch with Ewan McPherson for further information.
