We are seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to join our team in supporting individuals living with dementia. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people who need companionship, care and encouragement.
Experience required
You will be kind, patient and empathetic with the ability to connect with people and be a good listener. You must be willing to commit to regular hours and experience with or an interest in dementia care is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
Travel details
We are based in Whitburn, West Lothian, and have a private car park for vehicles if needed.

Taster
If required we are able to offer a taster session first.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 16
A PVG certificate will be required for working with vulnerable adults but Answer will apply for this.

Frequency & commitment
We would be looking for one day between Tuesday-Friday from 0930-1430 hours.
Volunteers (aged 16-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
