Group Volunteer with OPAL (Older People Active Lives)

Make a difference in the lives of older people bringing joy and friendship. All while gaining fulfilling experiences and make new friends. Enhance valuable skills in communication and teamwork. Experience the joy of giving back to your community.

Role Description:
Supporting older people in the community who are looking to reconnect socially. Liaising with OPAL Coordinator

Key Tasks:
• From organising games and quizzes, helping to deliver exercises or crafting.
• Engage with the group attendees in a lively and stimulating environment.
• Helping to set up, clear away and chat to the attendees during our tea/coffee break.

Time commitment: 3-4 hours per month
