Role Description:
Supporting older people in the community who are looking to reconnect socially. Liaising with OPAL Coordinator
Key Tasks:
• From organising games and quizzes, helping to deliver exercises or crafting.
• Engage with the group attendees in a lively and stimulating environment.
• Helping to set up, clear away and chat to the attendees during our tea/coffee break.
Benefit to the volunteer:

• Helping older people in the community to stay socially connected and independent.

Time commitment: 3-4 hours per month
